Glamingo’s founder ledger
Built in the spare hours, mostly after midnight.
One founder, one flagship product, 26 Sept 2025 to today. This page is the receipt, read straight from git and re-counted every time the code moves. And git only ever sees the code. Never the infra, the research, the planning. So every number here is a floor.

01 / The scale of it
A ten-month build, counted line by line.
Not a prototype. A 992,785-line production system with a real test suite, 226 database migrations, and 455 planning documents behind it.

02 / Two eras
First you build the thing. Then you make it trustworthy.
The founding months laid the skeleton. Everything since January has been the harder, quieter work: hardening a system real people would touch. 89% of all commits landed in the second era.

03 / When the work happened
The commit clock has no off switch.
Every commit, plotted by the hour it was made. The needle never leaves the dial. Peak hour: 15:00.

04 / The 3am club
Not tinkering. Real, structural work at the dead of night.
8 receipts selected from 205 commits stamped between 3:00 and 6:00 in the morning - schema consolidations, test suites, whole feature slices. The kind of thing that needs a clear head, done at the hour with the least of it.

05 / How this is counted
The number is a floor, not a ceiling.
Git only records the moment of a commit, never the hours of thinking, reading and QA around it. At a self-reported four hours a day across 376 calendar days, the lived minimum is 1,504 hours. Which is why 1,200+ is the number that stands up.
The 2am was never a daydream. It was the build log of the thing that pays for the McLaren.
